You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time.

What forms of payment do you collect?

We accept all major credit cards through our credit card processing partner STRIPE.  If you would like to be set up on payment terms, please contact us and we will be happy to review your request.

About STRIPE:  Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

What do I do with the leftover supplies in my cabinet when my refill arrives?

I have solved this problem with a solution that will hopefully make the world a better place. In each shipment from First Aid Refill Club, we will include a prepaid UPS shipping label addressed to Matthew 25 Ministries (M25M). The work of M25M helps the poorest of the poor and disaster victims throughout the world, and estimate their efforts helped around 25 million people. The First Aid Refill Club has partnered with M25M who will be receiving your leftover first aid supplies via your prepaid UPS label. These supplies will go to help disaster relief around the world.

Where are first aid supplies made?

We are proud to say that our first aid supplies are MADE IN THE USA at the only band aid factory in America. Our first aid manufacturer is also a certified women owned business, so if you need the set-aside spend, we can provide the necessary documentation.

How often should I get a full refill?

If it is less expensive to buy a full refill than your typical van service invoice, then we recommend you make your auto ship the same frequency as the van service. If you do not use a van service, you guess is as good as ours. Good news is you can change your frequency, suspend shipments or cancel anytime.

Can I ship multiple refills to multiple locations?

Right now, our website software can only ship to one location per “login/account.”  So, here are your options.  1) Have individuals at each site manage their sites’ account with their own “login/account,” or 2) call us and we can set it up for you.

Can I customize the contents of my refill?

Yes, however, there will be a minimum commitment.  Please contact us for more information.
